The Hatchlings program introduces the art of competitive swimming while maintaining a fun, interactive and engaging approach to beginner and developing swim skills.
This program is offered at:
Nepean Sportsplex (1701 Woodroffe Ave) on Saturdays
Time: 4:30-5:15 PM & 5:15-6:00 PM
Price: $180 + HST per swimmer
Richcraft - Kanata (4101 Innovation Drive) on Sundays
Time: 7:00-7:45 PM & 7:45-8:30 PM
Price: $165 + HST per swimmer

Turtles - 9 to 11 years
Hatchlings - 6 to 8 years
Hatchlings - 6 to 8 years
The Turtles program teaches the art of competitive swimming with a particular focus on swimmer efficiency and learning the strokes in a manner that decreases the risk of wear-and-tear injuries and sets the foundational skills for life-long swimming.

Whether you are new to competitive swimming and wanting to try it out for the first time, or are an ex-competitive swimmer, looking to maintain your skills while having a "build your own" practice schedule this program is for you. Our coaches are trained to meet the swimmers where they are at and modify their seasonal training to meet the participant's individual goals while still providing them with challenging and fulfilling workouts.

This program is for adults of all abilities:
Swimmers who want to return to the pool after a long absence, Master swimmers who want extra technical assistance OR Adults who may have swam a bit growing up but are looking to further develop their skills.
